Two methods are available for incorporating literature data into the agriXchange platform: manually or automatically.
Using the manual method, each team member can enter literature data by selecting "Create content" and "Literature" and then fill in the text fields. Keywords should be listed separated by < li > , so that each entry will be handled as a list item. Paragraphs and line breaks within a field will be handled as such. Other formatting is not possible. For the classification, the appropriate terms have to be selected in the vocabulary lists. Multiple values are possible (press "CTRL" when clicking the terms).
For an automated import, all data including the abstract are needed in Excel or Open-Office sheets. The import into the platform will be done by KTBL. Text must be UTF-8 encoded, otherwise characters like Ä, č, etc. might not be correctly managed. For "WP2 coverage/classification" each applicable term (e.g. "Arable") needs to have a column in this sheet where each matching literature item is marked with „x“. Multiple X in one column and other characters are not allowed. For "National" in the category "Agenda issues", the ISO county code is needed.
The use of the WP2 coverage/classification terms will facilitate the search of all literature items.

European Agrotourism Quality Standard (EUAS)
“AgroTourNet Quality” (European Agrotourism Vocational Empowerment and Quality Certification) - www.atnq.eu
This project is set to develop a new European Agrotourism Quality Standard (EUAS) which will embrace existing regional practices, strategies and trends in the agrotourism market. EUAS in this respect acknowledges the qualification procedures developed by agrotourism stakeholders in their effort to protect and promote the integrity of the vocational standards of the infrastructure and the quality of the rendered services.
The project outcomes are addressing the vocational empowerment of agrotourism personnel with competencies for the protection, accentuation and promotion of discernible agrotourism services in Europe.
The project aims are:
- The promotion of vocational training which prejudges the common characteristics of European Agrotourism, and
- The development of a trustworthy system for certification of infrastructure and services in agrotourism with acknowledgement of existing vocational practices which were developed in the sector and based on the philosophy for intraregional transparency of the European Qualification Framework (EQF). The system prejudges the award of the European Agrotourism Badge to qualifying enterprises.
